Craig and the other OG guy with the tats was really helpful, told him the situation and he made everything so smooth and easy... super knowledgeable about my truck, gave a good price on my twenty twen twen tires!! Happy and would recommend! Needed tires while I was in the Hendo area, mind you I live on the other side of town, but will take the drive down for my future needs! Thanks guys!

I would not recommend going to tire works for an oil change I was told it was $40 an additional 10 or five for any additional courts after five they proceeded to tell me the oil change was $70 and that that was a good price because they took $60 off already then what they had originally discussed on the phone I had asked them to please write the date of the oil change on my filter. I got attitude then they told me you take about an hour. Did it take an hour? No I sat there for three hours. They kept telling me it was almost done at the end. They finally told me. That it took so long because they had to order my oil filter. They did not discuss it with me one time while I was sitting there when I asked, and they proceeded to keep telling me there was things wrong with my car. Three hours for an oil change is crazy though if you’d like to wait that time good for you do not recommend

Great place to work with. No hassle, no push for extra work. Just a good honest evaluation of my car. Got the tires on and told me of the other issues they found without trying to make it out to be worse. They actually let me know that the issues I saw were not as bad as it seemed at first. Will happily return if anything else is needed.

I want to give a big thank you to James and Rick for the excellent service they provided. They did a great job taking care of my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process with constant communication. James even stayed late to make sure everything was completed and that my car was taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. I've been bringing my vehicles here for all of my service work for years, and I've always been treated well. However, the staff working today was probably the best it's ever been. Their professionalism, customer service, and dedication really stood out. I highly recommend this shop and appreciate everything they do for their customers.

Here is the English translation: The location is very convenient — small, but comfortable. However, the staff performance is extremely disappointing. I arrived in the morning, and there was no one in the office — I had to spend about 20 minutes trying to find any employee. Around lunchtime, it turned out they have a break, but it is not indicated anywhere in their schedule. I have now been waiting for over an hour, and still no one has shown up. The organization is very poor.
